Arlin and Bonnie Henkelman - Approved the variance as requested for the trailer and denied the variance for the garage.

After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 24’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of 16’ by 72' dwelling 51 ’ from the
ordinary high water level and to deny the requested variance for the proposed garage as there is adequate room to place the
proposed garage in a location which is at least 75’ from the ordinary high water level and at least 10’ from the side lot line.
