Foidds, Registered Land Surveyor August 24, 1993 Greg & Garla Gauwitz Rural Route Little Pine Lake Perham, MN 56573 RE: Survey of property lines at resort Dear Mr. Gauwitz: As I discussed with you and showed you on Aug. 2, 1993, after locating quite a few existing monuments in the area and measuring between them we found that the boundary lines of your property are in fact in the location that you were told. I further understand, from our coversation, that you have an easement from your neighbor to the west which should take care of the cabin encroachment. This letter also verifies that we measured in excess of 300 feet between the iron stakes along the shoreline, which checks with what you should have. At that time you informed me to discontinue our work. I have enclosed the statement for our services. If you have any questions, please call me. Thank you for the opportunity to provide our services.
