(7:58 p.m.) After consideration and discussion, Rick Wilson made a motion second by Jodi Sazama and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 11’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ and a variance of 25’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of a 4’ by 12’ addition 9’ from the road right-of-way and 50’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that this is a commercial property that needs this additional space to accommodate inside operational and safety concerns. The addition will allow for the relocation of equipment into a mechanical room. The variances as approved do not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development. 5 .
