After additional discussion this motion was withdrawn. The applicant noted that he thought the imperious surface coverage was less than 25% and a member of the Board of Adjustment also made reference to a variance previously granted to the Graystone Lodge. I cannot process it at this time, as the computation of the impervious percentage seems to be inaccurate. The square footage of the two lots you depicted on the scaled sketch cannot be used as the composite footage. The lots must be computed separately. The entire impervious surface must be included in the percentage equation. This includes all parking lots, sidewalks, decks and structure area. Enclosed please find your application, sketch and check. I am also enclosing a waiver form for wintertime applications, which must be signed and included with your next application.
