It appears the pending application is a scaled down version of the July 30, 1979, application. Again this office does not favor the artificial construction of lakeshore property. As previously stated, high groundwater table conditions, high lake levels and questionable soil stability in dicate the potential for problems with sewage disposal and dwell ing site stability. Additionally, areas such as this do provide some nutrient filtering for the lake, and are thereby important in that respect. Although this pending proposal is of smaller nature, my previous two letters of Aug. 9 and Sept. 28, 1979, still represent the opinion of this office. Thank you for your consideration of these comments. Sincerely, »€nce RR.
