Dorothy Pender - Denied Dorothy Pender, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested a variance to construct a 1 4' by 18' 6" garage 33' from the center of the township road. The required setback from the road right of way is 20'. The property is described as Lot 9, Henrys Hill, Franklin Lake in Dunn Township.
