Xanadu Resort Garage information: Pictures and drawing

Hello Bill,
Thanks for talking with me today. Attached please find the current pictures of the barn garage and my very simple drawing of
what Kelly and I have spoken about doing.
My goal is to extend the walls up on the 2nd floor of the garage 4-5 ft so it will allow full use of the 2nd floor. Currently, due to
the slope of the roof, it is very limited. This space will be used for storage and for any events our renters would like to have. Our
resort has one house and 4 cabins for rent. I would like to add 2-3 dormers on each side for windows. All measurements are
rough guesses currently but we will be able to measure it when we are onsite prior to our meeting on Wednesday.
In the first month of owning Xanadu, we have poured over the financials and crunched the numbers. Having this space to rent
out will allow us to break even or make a small profit each year. The way the resort was run in the past was losing money each
year with a mortgage. Our goal is to continue running it so the families that have gathered here every year can continue to do
so.
Kelly is able to meet on the 28th with us so we can talk over the plans and see what the current variance says that was provided
when it was built.
