After consideration, motion was made by Roger Marty to approve the 4' variance requested, best place to locate addition on a substandard lot of record. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried ipon the following vote: All voting in favor. Cecelia R. Lubitz, New York Mills, MN, requests permission to split a three acre tract of land into two parcels, one one acre parcel and one two acre parcel, out of the L]E%NE% of Section 10, Newton Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve, meets minimum standards for building sites. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried ipon the following vote: All voting in favor. Paul S. Robert Narveson, Lincoln, NE, requested permission to construct an 8' X 18' addition, replacing a 6' x 8' add'n, to Cottage #6, on Woodlawn Resort, no closer to Blanche Lake than existing cottage, in the SE% of Lot 5, Section 6, Girard Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve,'addition will enhance the value of surrounding properties in the area. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried upon the following vote: Yes - Marty, Anderson, Walter, Schwartz and Wiechmann Abstaining. - Everts The matter of the Disse approval from the April meeting was brought up, with motion being made by Roger Marty to claarify said action, with the "string test" going fron the 100' set back line fran the center of the lake lot on the property the trailer house is located on the north, to the structure on the southerly side.
