Terry Colton appearing in person and letters from Chuck Hanson and Charles Johnson. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts and seconded by Victor Petterson, Jr., to accept the recommendation of the Planning Conmission for these variances, being a unique situation with an existing resort vhose long range plan included said ejqaansion for upgrading, not being able to acccmplish the changes immediately and requirements being changed before the upgrading was acccmplished, not setting a precedence and being consi dered on its own merit.
