Conditional Use Permit - Jerry & Barbara Thurman: Motion by Johnson, second by Huebsch, and unanimously carried to approve a Conditional Use Permit to excavate to construct a walk-out basement as presented on the September 26, 2011 drawing and with conditions as recommended by the Planning Commission.
