MOTION AS FOLLOV\/S:
Notion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Nann and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 55' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a
variance of 5' from the required shore impact zone setback of 50' for the replacement of an
existing mobile home with a 24' by 42' dwelling, having a 10' by 10' utility room addition,
45' from the ordinary high water level with the conditions that the existing trailer house
must be removed and the existing cabin to the vest of the proposed location must be torn
down or removed from the property by the Fail of 1996. It was noted that two dwellings are
being replaced by one dwelling.

Wilson Bay Resort - Approved
Wilson Bay Resort, Robert Duane Wilson, Vergas, MN, requested a variance of 55' fron the
required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 5' from the required
shore iapact zone setback of 50' for the replacement of an existing mobile home with a 24'
by 42' dwelling, having a 10' by 10' utility room addition, 45' from the ordinary high
water level. The property is described as part of Government Lot 2, Section 16 of Candor
Township on Leek Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the
request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann
and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 55' from the required ordinary high
water level setback of 100' and a variance of 5' from the required shore impact zone
setback of 50' for the replacement of an existing mobile home with a 24' by 42' dwelling,
having a 10' by 10' utility room addition, 45' from the ordinary high water level with

Milt R. Lee - Tabled
Milt R. Lee, Ada, MN, requested a variance of 4' from the required holding tank setback of
10' for the construction of a 16' by 20' shed 6' from the holding tank. The property is
described as Lot 3, Linden Park on Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. The audience was polled
with no one speaking for or against the request. Prior to the meeting the applicant had
requested that the hearing be tabled until a later date. After consideration, motion was
made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to table the
applicant's request until the next scheduled meeting.
