MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT October 7th, 1993 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, October 7th, 1993, with the following persons in attendance: Craig Anderson John Everts Cecil Fern ling Dan Oehler Berton Olson George Walter Wayne Roisum, Land and Resource Management Wally Senyk, County Attorney CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman George Walter, MINUTES APPROVED-September 2nd. 1993 Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the September 2nd, 1993 meeting were declared approved as mailed. The following variance requests were heard: Russell Sauer - Approved Russell Sauer, Sauk Centre, MN, requested a variance of 7' for the construction of a machinery storage and general storage building having a height of 25', The maximum height permitted for a non-dwelling structure is 18'. The property is described as a 67.21 acre tract in Government Lots ) and 2, Section 4 of Candor Township on Sauer Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 7' for the construction of a machinery storage and general storage building having a height of 25'.
