following conditions: 1) Must provide a final plat plan which
meets all presentation requirements specified in Section IV.10.D.
of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 2) Maximum of 5 units In
tier I. 3) Maximum of 5 boat slips. 4) No subletting. 5) Must
designate overflow parking area. 6) Must designate swimming
area. Application was represented by Gordon Doucette, Tom
Hammers, Terry Larson and Tom Watson.
