Approval would create: A. Crowded/unsafe road conditions. B. Inadequate sanitation. C. Undesirable precedent. D. Potential for excessive noise. 2. The request is for perpetual permission. 3. Suitable alternatives that could accommodate the overnight camping portion of this reunion exist. Voting: All Members in favor. Stephen & Crystal Johnson - Approved With A Condition: A Conditional Use Permit Application to build a driveway through the lower ditch and approximately 120’ to garage and fill around garage to drain water away . Driveway needs to be wide enough to move modular home onto property. Total extra cubic yards of fill and gravel needed - 650.
