Voting: All members in favor. Mark K. Johnson & Mary E. Johnson - Denied: Currently the stairway to the lake is very dangerous. It makes it very difficult for our family and parents: 1. Due to the unstable stairway to the lake we need to replace the existing stairway. Currently the wood stainvay is dug into the hillside and is falling apart. We would like to replace it with a permanent no maintenance stairway. To replace with retaining brick, this would also help further erosion and be permanent and no maintenance. 2. Sod hillside and plant various trees, shrubs and foliage to help erosion. Currently we are having a problem with erosion due to the sandy soil on the hillside, there are many areas that are washing out. This makes it very unstable and difficult to maintain.
