After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously
carried, to approve the variances as requested in the variance application dated April 12, 2015 and as depicted

Vincent Klinnert - Denied. (7:12 p.m.) Continued
After additional consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Rod Boyer and
carried with Ward Uggerud voting no, to deny the variance for that portion of the development (steps and
platform) which is ahead of the 140’ setback which was previously approved on June 12, 2014. The length
of the deck as constructed is 13’ longer than approved on June 12,2014; however, it is not ahead of the
setback as approved on June 12,2014, and; therefore, no change to the deck is being required. It was also
noted that the size and location of the deck does not negatively impact the adjacent properties. After
additional discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to
require that the steps and platform must be brought into compliance on or before, July 1, 2015.
