The county will not issue the conditional use permit and the watershed association will not bring a lawsuit against the couinty during this 45 day negotiation period. Tom & Darlene Matthev C/O Tavlor Investment Corporation: Scott Sealy of Taylor Investment Corporation requested that the county waive the requirement of road construction within the proposed plat of "Ridgewood Estates" on Sybil Lake (Sec. 6, Twp. 136, Rg. 40, Edna Twp.) because of the time of year. Mr. Sealy stated that completion of the road is not possible before freeze-up.
