RE:Site Permit for Mobile Home, West Lost Lake (56-481).
Dear Mr. Burns,
A Site Permit for a
following reasons.
Mobile Home cannot be issued at this time for the
1.It does not appear that a Mobile Home is permitted onsite under the
resort license therefore a Condition Use Permit maybe needed.
2.The sewage system onsite must be up to date. Septic System
requirements for Mobile Homes and Campers are different therefore
the system at this resort may have to be changed.
3.A site plan must be submitted. Proposed site must meet current
setback requirements. The site on which the Mobile Home was placed
did not meet the setback requirements therefore a Variance must be
obtained.

RE: Mobile Hone, West Lost Lake (58-481).
Dear Mr. Burns:
While on routine inspections in your area, I noticed that a 14' X 60' mobile
home was located on your property. This mobile home was not connected to
any water, sewer or electric at this time.
When I returned to the office I checked our files. At that time, I could
not locate a Site Permit for this structure.
Would you please give us your Site Permit Number for this mobile home or
stop in the office so that we can remedy this problem.
Please respond by September 5, 1991.
