Dear Mr. Kalar:
This letter, on behalf of the Swan Lake Club, is in support of plans submitted to your Office by Robert &
Nok Hyslop, the Club’s newest members, for the following site activities:
1) Demolish the existing summer cottage and remove all remnant materials, in accordance with relevant
disposal and environmental considerations;
2) Deliver and prepare appropriate fill & stabilization material, as described in the attached Site
Development Plan, in accordance with Otter Tail County’s shoreland management provisions.
The Swan Lake Club believes that this type of reinvestment helps support the County’s environmental
goals, maintains recreational lakeshore planning, and sustains a quality recreational experience.
