Motion
Richard C. Baker - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2&’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the replacement of an existing cottage 75’ from the
ordinary high water level. It was noted that this setback is about as far back as the applicant can obtain. It was also
noted that the applicant’s proposed development is a significant improvement over the present location of the existing ,
structure.
