Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on April 21, 1999 at 7:00
P.M. in the Commissioner's Room, Courthouse, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Roll Call:
Members Present: Linda Bergerud, Rod Boyer, Les Estes, Frank Lachowitzer, Joe
Maske, Bert Olson, Robert Schwartz, Richard Sha, David Trites and Leona Zimmerman.
Member Absent: None.
Barb Hanson represented the County Attorney's Office and Bill Kalar represented the
Land & Resource Management Office.
Minutes of April 14. 1999:
A motion by Schwartz, second by Lachowitzer to approve as presented. Voting: All
members in favor.
Richard Baker-Approved As Requested:
A Conditional Use Permit Application stating: Variance has been approved to replace
existing dwelling. We request a Conditional Use Permit for the new structure. The
property is described as Tr in Gov. Lot 3, known as Swan Lake Club, Section 19 of Dane
Prairie Township: Swan Lake (56-781), RD.
Richard Baker represented the Application.
Motion: A motion by Trites, second by Bergerud to approve as requested.
Voting: All members in favor.
