that you had questions on regarding :
concerning the Meander Corners;
the Dahlstrom tract and the south line of your property;
and the area of the common boundary line between the
Swan Lake Club property and the Tonneson property. These

per Section 19 is 31.4 chains whicli ciinals 2072.4 feet.
The total dimension between the meander corners per Section
24 is 27.2 chains + 4.2 chains = 31.4 chains- For sciiic
reason unknown to me each meander cviiner v/as assigned
a ilifferent number for each separate tovni.sliip.

4. SW corner of Swan Lake Club property to the SW corner
of the Dahlstrom tract = 756.70 feet.

a 3“ diameter iron pipe inplace at the position
16/31 which agrees with the survey performed
Bjorgum on October 27, 1976. This iron
monument is 20.81 feet south of the existing fenceline
and approximately 12 feet west of the shoreline of Swan
Lake. ' We also found a remnant fence]ine which consisted
of 4-5 iron posts buried 6 inches; all of which were north
of the iron monument at M.C.# 16/31. These iron posts
lined up with M.C.# 16/31, a wood fence post approximately
225 feet north of the H.C., the existing fenceline behind
the Dahlstrom tract, and an iron monument found on the
north edge of the Township Road which I believe to be
the 1/4 section corner between Sections 19 and 24. I
believe this to be the Township Line. When this Townshiri
line is extended south to the shoreline of Swan Lake,

it- is approximately .55 feet southerly of the existing
fenceline which is currently being occupied by Tonnesons.
According to the description, the Swam Lake Club owns
Government Lot 3, Section 19-132-42. This indicates that
ownership would run to where the Township line intersects
the shoreline of Swan Lake.

The tract owned by the Swan Lake Club in Government Lot
3, Section 24-132-43 is described from a corner of a
Sublot Plat to the south. In re-constructing this :
description on the ground the point of beginning per -
the description is within 4 feet of the existing fence ;
corner at the southwest corner of said tract. Then as
the description runs easterly to the Township line, it
runs southerly of the existing fenceline to a point which
is within 4 feet of the iron monument at M.C.# 16/31.
This point is 18 feet south of the existing fenceline.

field survey work consisting of searching for existing
property corner moniunents at positions which have been
computed for this . report. , A copy of my worksheet
