If you email your application, along with the $500 fee you need to mail our Office the following:
1. A drawing (& 10 copies) of the property with the existing structure and include the proposed screen
porch (length & width). If you have a survey, that would be great! The drawing should identify the
size of the existing structure, the size of the proposed structure and the setbacks to the lake and the
lot lines.
2. This Application will be recorded, therefore include a copy of the deed.
As Chris indicated in his email, in order for the Application to be processed, all of this information must be
received by our office no later than 12 / noon on April 22, 2020.
Please note that if you are not the owner of the resort, it is the property owner that needs to sign the
Application.
