Members present were;~ Beck,| Portmann, Trites, Estes, Lachowitzer, Ryan, Jacobson, Lindquist and Lee. Roger Oldenkamp also present. A motion by Ryan, second by Lindquist to approve the minutes of the March 7, 1979 meeting as mailed with the correction on the motion for Ed Bilden, plat named Bilden Rolling Acres rather than the First Addition. April 4, 1979 Passed: Voting: All members in favor. Dan Strom held a pre-application meeting and the Planning Cotm&lssion advised that the dwelling could be split off from the resort provided that a surveyor's drawing is presented that showed the required square footage and frontage. Pelican Lake Frank Hammers on Round Lake held a pre-application meeting and it was recommended that a preliminary be drawn up. Tentative approval was given for lots if they met the square footage requirement and setback requirement; allowing a depth of 165 feet , on the smallest lot.
