Distance from waters edge is approximately 125 ft. In the absence of the applicant, motion was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Victor Petterson and carried, to table until the April Meeting. JOHN A. JOHNSON-APPROVED Andrew Klinnert, Supervisor and Leo Doll, Clerk of Rush Lake Township represented John A, Johnson. John A. Johnson, Otter tail, Mn, requested permission to sell 1.18 acres of an existing 7,8 acre parcel being part of the East 1 /2 of the Northwest 1 /4, Section 22, Rush Lake Township. The purpose of the subdivision is to create a site for the Rush Lake Town Hall. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Cecil B, Femling and unanimoulsy carried, to approve the transfer of the 1.18 acre parcel subject to providing a surveyor's drawing. ROBERT WALKER-APPROVED Robert Walker, Plymouth, Mn, requested permission to add a triangular portion of Lot 7 to Lot 6 to more readily accommodate the driveway to the homesite on Lot 6. Frontage on Lot 7 will remains at 150’ and the area of Lot 7 is reduced from 71,000 square feet to 64,000 square feet.
