follow the minimum requireisents of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
A building permit is required only if you place your mobile home on
a foundation and a sewage installation permit Is required if you
install any type of a sewage system.

refer you to Donald D. Busker & Associates, Inc. It Is my under*
standing that they have designed mobile home parks and consequently
they may be of some help to you. In the future, if you should i

we will give you the forms for an application for a special use
permit. I would also advise you to contact the Department of Health ^'hi
and check An their regulations on this subject. I know they also

Tail County Engineer dated December 19, 1971.
In order to develop a recreational casgxlng area on Star Lake,
Ho. 56*385, you must cong>ly with the Shoreland Hanagement
Ordinance, effective October 15, 1971. In compliance with the
Ordinance you shall first obtain and fill out an application
for a special use permit. This can be done through this office
and there is a fee of $5.00 charged. It must then go to the
Otter Tall County Planning Advisory Commission for a public ^ ,.
hearing and approval. It will then be referred to the Otter Tall '
County Board of Coinnissloners for final approval.
