Lot 2, Section 30 of Otto Township provided that there is a
dedicated public access to Highway 54 and also that Outlot A is
attached to either Lot 5 or else Hardings property (a metes and
bounds adjacent to the subdivision). Mr. & Mrs. Welden Jackson
and Gordon Klein spoke to the commission.

A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Lee to approve the
conditional use application of Daniel Hayemeister. Rush Lake,
No. 56-141, GD, on Ft. of Government Lots 1 & 2 (Rush Lake Tent
& Trailer Park), Section 29 of Otto Township as presented
allowing 3 years to complete the expansion. Also allowing to
fill an area 25' x 100' x 5' that is 45 feet from the lake at 1
foot.

Use permit #3429 for Joe Koen. Sampson Lake, No. 56-149, and bis
request to be excluded from the September 1 to April 15 grade
and fill restriction period. No work within 200 feet of the
lake is to be done after September 1 , 1987 was passed with all
members voting in favor. Stringer not present.

conditional use request dated February 27, 1987 of Mark MovoT;|,
G1 earwood. Clear Lake, No. 56-559, for the road as originally
requested oh the preliminary plat.

The commission discussed a grade and fill Conditional Use Permit
#2091 for A£.lg.n_tia.u.g.£.R$L, Prairie Lake, No. 56-915, and
recommended that Mr. Haugrud feather the bank back where there
is an abrupt slope towards Ms. Anna Bell Lampe's lot.
No Action;
A motion by Olson, second by Lachowitzer to adjourn the meeting
at 12:45 A.M. and set June 3, 1987 for the next meeting.
