Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on February 4,
1987 at 7:00 P.M. in the Government Services Building, 505 South Court
Street, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537.
Members Present: Cecil Femling, Frank Lachowitzer, Reba Lee, Bert Olson,
Victor Petterson, Jr
Robert Schwartz, Tom Stringer and David Trites.
K. Lee, Land and Resource Management and Barbara Hanson,
County Attorney's Office were also present.
A motion by Petterson, second by Femling to approve the
minutes of the December 3, 1986 meeting as mailed.

A motion by Portmann, second by Femling to approve the
conditional use application of Orlvn Pederson. Unnamed
Lake, No. 56-1132, NE, on Lots 3, 4 6 5 6 NW 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 35 of Friberg Township as presented with the
condition that the shoreline is stabilized and fenced off
so no livestock use the area.

spoke to the commission.

A motion by Trites, second by Portmann to approve the
preliminary plat and conditional use application of Kramer
Realty. Round Lake Hide-A-Wav. Round Lake, No. 56-214, GD,
on Part of Government Lot 5, Section 22 of Rush Lake
Township with the condition that the remaining 50 feet on
the west end is added to the plat (property is to run up to
the railroad).

Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on August 3, 1983 at
7:30 P.M. in the Government Services Building, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls,
Minnesota 56537.
Members present were: Portmann, Trites, Sullivan, Lachowitzer, Ryan, Schwartz
and Lee. Waldemar Senyk also present.
A motion by Portmann, second by Lee to approve the minutes of the
August 3, 1983 meeting as mailed.
Passed:
Voting: All members in favor.
William Barnick from Pochontas Resort on Dead Lake met with the Planning Commission
regarding adding additional campsites to his resort which is currently licensed for
A campsites. No formal action but he was advised to apply for a variance.for 20 sites.
Passed:A motion by Portmann, second by Lachowitzer to approve the request
to cut per application of May 25, 1982, and allow to build road
subject to written agreement of Otteson heirs submitted to Land &
Resource Management office, for Richard Lackmann on Little Pelican
Lake, No. 56-76L , Sec, 2 of Dunn Twp., pt. of G.L. 10. ex Maple
Lane Beach.
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Sullivan to approve the special use
application of Ted Bergeron, dated June 26, 1983 on Rush Lake, No. 56-141,
GD, Sec. 27 of Rush Lake Twp. with restriction of limit of 6 cars on
north 100 feet of property and no junkers and no test driving on service
road.
