It was noted that the replacement of the existing structure will not create run off into the lake and that the overall height of the new structure will be 9’ less than the existing structure. After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with John Everts abstaining, to approve a variance of 38’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 30’ by 34’ 2-story addition to an existing structure located 62’ from the ordinary high water level. After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 120’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the continued use of a motorized camper vehicle, with an unattached deck, as presently located 80’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that no permanent structure will be allowed at this setback location and any permanent structure placed on this lot must be placed in a location that meets the setback requirements of the ordinance.
