To allow placement of sand in the beach area as depicted in red in the drawing - provided that the elevation on the east side is no higher than the adjacent neighbor - may go no more than 20 feet back from the survey stake with the sand; and on the west side the applicant must taper to the neighbor's grade. There may not be any retaining walls between the sand and the east and/or west neighbors. The applicant may build the sidewalk as requested to separate the sand from the yard. 2. Regarding the fill between the house and the sand it is allowed, providing no fill placed is greater than what currently exists. Regarding the backyard and sideyard area, the applicant may landscape provided he allows drainage from the east to flow out either to the west or south side of his property. 3.
