Project to start after May 1, 1976 and be completed by September 1, 1976. Applicant shall assume all legal responsibility of surface water runoff damages that may accrue to all parties concerned. Members present were: Beck, Christianson, Estes, Ryan and D. Nelson. A motion by Christianson, second by Ryan to approve the minutes of the July 2, 1975 meeting as published. Vo ting; All members in favor. A motion was made by Beck, seconded by Ryan to elect Art Christianson as Vice Chairman of Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission to replace Charles Malmstrom who has resigned. No further nominations therefore, Art Christianson is unanimously elected as Vice Chairman. Don Nelson moved that nominations be closed. Passed; Passed;A motion by Beck, second by Nelson to approve the variance application of Paul Pancratz, dated July 15> 1975 on Little Pine Lake, No. $6-11^2, GD, Sec. 35 of Gorman Twp. Voting: All members in favor, A motion by Christianson, second by Nelson to approve the special use application of Frank Miosek, dated January 30, 1975 on Pelican Lake, No. 56-766, GD, Sec. 10 of Dunn Twp. to fill 100 feet along township road from easement road east thence south to channel. [|. & 9 of Edna Twp. as applied for, constructed to County specifications and follow surveyor's drawing dated July 10, 1975 and as part of the application. Motion was withdrawn by Don Nelson. A motion by Christianson, second by Nelson to approve the special use application of Norman Meyer, dated July 1, 1975 ■ on Little McDonald, No. 56-328, GD, Sec. 1; & 9 of Edna Twp. as applied for, road to be constructed to county specifica tions and road to follow surveyor's drawing as indicated on surveyor's drawing dated July 10, 1975 aud a part of the application. In no way are the twenty-three lota indicated on the drawing approved.
