lam currently looking into the possibility of purchasing Lot 1 Harris Beach on
Paul Lake, Otteitail County (the lot is adjacent to my lot to the south).

Before 1 conclude this purchase I need assurances from the county as to whether or not it will be considered a ‘4>uildable lot”, whether I keep it or sell it in the future.
My intentions are as follows:
1) A single septic/mound system would be located on Lot 1 that would serve this lot and
the lot I now own (this is currently the case).
2) A single well would be located on the lot I now own, and service both lots.
3) Access to bodi lots would be shared, as is now the case.
4) Currently, I have a 20’ x 24’ cabin on my lot. Future plans would involve replacing
the cabin with a dwelling with a minimum of 1,200 square feet (excluding garage)
square feet (you determine).
5) Any dwelling built on Lot 1 would be a rrunimum of 1,200 square feet (excluding
garage) and a maximum of

6) Maximum square footage of dwelling if both lots combined into one.
