Otter Tail Beach Club, Inc., Scott & Cassandra Schmidt - Approved As Presented: A Conditional Use Permit Application (as stated by the Applicant): Remove current mobile home E, 1975, 12’ x 56’. The removal to include decks, side decks, steps, stairway and unattached upper loft. Replace with new mobile home, 2010, 14’ x 66’. Build new deck, side deck and steps. Existing property is currently @ 25% impervious surface. Existing mobile home is at 1023.25 sq. ft. The proposed new mobile home covers 1148 sq. ft. To compensate for the additional 125 sq. feet of impervious surface, the Otter Tail Beach Club (OBC) has reclaimed an additional 1000 sq. ft.
