The Planning Commission recommends to the County Board of Commissioners the following:
8/3/94— Approved as presented with the following changes: 1) Manufactured home to be no
larger than 14' x 65' (same size as manufactured home on Lot 7). 2) Storage shed (12' x 24')
to be located on Lot 8 or upon approval of a Variance from the Bd. of Adjustment, may replace
existing well house with well house/storage shed in location of present well ho^e. 3) If
well house/storage shed is placed on present well house location, ~T^ I
Otter Tall Beach Club will lose camper spot on Lot 8 &

Approved;A motion by Olson, second by Prischmann to approve the
Conditional Use Application of Dorothy Bvlander, "Bvlander's
Resort", Lake Sybil (56-387), RD, GL 1 ex platted & GL 2 ex S
260 ' ex platted. Section 1, Dora Township as presented.
The application was represented by Dorothy Bylander.
Wood, manufactured home owner, explained reason for the change.

Use Application of James Howe, et al. Pelican Lake (56-786),
GD, 1st Addition to Pelican Lake Park, El/2 Lot 8 & Wl/2 of Lot
9 St vacated rd adj, Section 5, Dunn Township as presented
subject to ; 1) Plan may include a 5' wide staiirway instead of
4' wide as requested. 2) Contractor encouraged to use natural
vegetation for natural screening of wall. Shredded bark
instead of rock will be used in retaining wall and planters.
3) This proposed project also requires approval by the Board of
Adjustment. The application was represented by Mr. Howe and
Stan Hoglund, Hoglund Landscape Construction.

be no larger than 14' x 65' (same size as manufactured home on
Lot 7). 2) Storage shed (12' x 24') to be located on Lot 8 or
upon approval of a Variance from the Board of Adjustment, may
replace existing well house with well house/storage shed in
location of present well house. 3) If well house/storage shed
is placed on present well house location. Otter Tail Beach Club
