There was no interest or concern expressed regarding the proposed amendment to the Exhibitions and Shows Ordinance, this request for amendment was raised prior to the public meeting and this requirement of emergency pieinning is clearly in the public interest. 5. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners herebyNOW, approves the following language as an amendment to the County Exhibitions and Shows Ordinance. Otter Tail Beach Club/Preaoplication: Bill Kalar discussed with the Commission that the Otter Tail Beach Club, Otter Tail Lake (56-242), will be applying for a Conditional Use Permit and wanted to know the possibility of the Planning Commission accepting a scaled drawing instead of a surveyor's drawing (as required). A motion by Trites, second by Lachowitzer that in this case, sinceMot ion: the scaled drawing is drawn from an existing surveyor's drawing, they will accept the scaled drawing and not require the surveyor's drawing.
