There was no interest or concern expressed regarding the proposed amendment to the Exhibitions and Shows Ordinance, this request for amendment was raised prior to the public meeting and this requirement of emergency pieinning is clearly in the public interest. 5. A motion by Trites, second by Lachowitzer that in this case, sinceMot ion: the scaled drawing is drawn from an existing surveyor's drawing, they will accept the scaled drawing and not require the surveyor's drawing.
