Planning Connission a motion was passed to approve your
application for special use for set-up license for restaurant
and 3.2 beer for off-sale.
This application will be taken to the County Board of Coninlssloners
for their consideration on May 20, 1981 at 1:30 P.M.

Meeting of the Otter Tall County Planning Commission was held on May 20, 1981 at
7:30 P.M. in the Government Services Building, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls,
Minnesota 56537.
Beck, Trites, Estes, Ryan, Jacobson, Martin and Petterson.
Wally Senyk also present. County Attorney's Office.
Members present were;
A motion by. Martin, second by Ryan to approve the minutes of the
May 6, 1981 meeting as mailed.
Passed;
Voting; All members In favor.
Passed;A motion by Beck, second by Ryan to approve the special use application
of Duane Tletz, dated May 1, 1981 on Crystal Lake, No. 56-749, RD,
Sec. 10 of Lida Twp. Duane Tletz and Ray Kratzke spoke to the Commission.
Voting; All members In favor.
A motion by Petterson, second by Martin to approve the special use
application of Jake Bartkowskl, dated April 28, 1981 on Otter Tall
Lake, No. 56-242, CD, Sec. 12 of Amor Twp. for a set-up license for
restaurant and 3.2 beer off-sale. Amor Twp. Board was present. Gene
Pier and Rich ToelTe spoke to the Commission.

ion of Dean Lilja, dated April 24, 1981 on Wlmer Lake, No. 56-355, RD,

Passed;A motion by Petterson, second by Estes to approve the preliminary plat
of Moe's Estates and the special use application of John Moe, dated
May 1, 1981 on Anna Lake, No. 56-448, NE, Sec. 9 of Sverdrup Twp. as
presented. John Moe was present at meeting.

A motion by Martin, second by Beck to uphold the motion from May 6,
1981 meeting to deny special use application for Warren Dlederich,
dated April 1, 1981 on Pelican Lake, No. 56-786, GD, Sec. 4 of Dunn Twp.
