The information and rules listed here are designed to make camping a safe and happy experience for all. Are listed on our brochures and posted at the store. Weekly. Monthly and Seasonal Rates are also available.i Extra Charges: Air Conditioners. Heaters. Freezers or Extra Refrigerators - $2.00 per day. I Check-in Before Noon - $2.00 per hour. Visitors: • All visitors must register at the office • $2.00 Ea. Visitors must be out by 10:00 p.m. Overnight • $3.00. No charge for under 5 years of age or for senior citizens: Store and Office - 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Weekdays). 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays). Check Out; 4 p.m. After 5:00 p.m. you will be charged for 1/2 day. After 8 p.m. for a full day. Registration: Campers and visitors must register at office upon am'vai. Fees are payable in advance. Sorry, no refunds. Quiet Hours: Weekdays - 10 p.m. to fl a.m.: Weekends - 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. I Are permitted on leash only. This is a State Law. Please doni leave pets unattended. Walkino must be done on trail provided. Accidents must be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Absolutely no pbts on beach! Please keep your sites clean. Bags can be purchased for 10c ea. These are to be deposited in dumpster. PLEASE do not dean fish in camping area or put fish cleanings in dumpsterl A fish cleaning Ijiouse is provided for this purpose. Campfires: Please doni chop trees. Firewood is sold at the office or you may bring your own. Do not build a fire in grassy areas; use a spot where there has been a fire before. Swimming: Swim only in beach area. There are no drop-offs. Water in boat channel is deep and is not for swimming. Swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Mini Bikes: No mini bikes or motorcycles may be ridden in the park. Firecrackers: No firecrackers, firearms, fireworks or any type of explosives allowed at any time. We would appreciate all boats and trailers being parked in the designated area off the marina by the fence. Do not park them on campsite. Also, please park vehicles off the road. | Are responsible for children's behavior, especially in restrooms, beach and recreation room. Please see that your language and conduct are suitable for everyone of ail ages. We are a family campground. We expect our quiet hours to be respected. A M« Mtntfoa M *M \ which includes the seasonal rate of $.and 6.5__totals $. This includes cable. To have 1 standard allowable - up to 17' boat Is $, the season, to which we add sales tax. You will also be billed for electrical usage. A deposit of $100.00 plus tax is due by October 1, each year. The balance Is due by April 1, the following year. The season is from May 1 to October 1 and the rate Includes leaving your unit on the site year around. The season rate for percent sales tax of $__for Renting a seasonal site is for the family leasing the site only. This consists of husband, wife and unmarried, school age children living at home. All other visitors to your RV site must register and pay the guest fee. The guest fee is $2.00 per person for day guests and for overnight guest the charge is $3.00 per day, boats ect. are extra. Any person using your RV unit without your presence must pay our daily site fee. This policy is for everyone's protection. Each RV owner must maintain their own insurance coverage for damage to their property and equipment while parked at Otter Tail Lake Campground. One vehicle and one camper unit for each site. Second vehicles and guest vehicles are prohibited from the camper's site and should be parked in designated areas, ask at the office. Due to limited off-site parking space, no additional camping units or more than one boat can be temporarily stored in designated parking areas. One boat per seasonal in the marina. Recreation boats and jet skis are not allowed in the marina as we have limited space. Additional structures (storage sheds, decks, etc.) must have prior approval from the management before installation. Sheds can be no larger than six feet by eight feet. Otter Tail County will tax structures erected by leaseholders and it is our responsibility to report your name and address to the tax assessor inspecting the properly. Fall and Spring clean-up in the campground necessitates burning of leaves on the roadways throughout the campground. We bum with precaution, but management is not responsible for bum holes on tarps/or vinyl covers on RV's, sheds and boats, caused from sparks, ash or embers. Maximum number of one (1) domestic pet for each site, not over 15 lbs. Campers are responsible for keeping their site clean of dog and cat litter, in accordance with the law. Absolutely no animals on the beach. There are no partial refunds on the seasonal contract for early departures. Please notify management of early departures or if you're taking your unit for a vacation. Management will not be involved with on-site RV sales unless Screen tents cannot remain erect on site when leaseholder is not physically occupying RV unit. This is so it does not kill the grass. For full-time summer residents who are only gone one or two nights, this rule does not apply. We suggest that you leave a key for your unit at the office, so if you leave yours at home, lock yourself out, or even leave a vent open after you have left, it won’t be a problem.
