Resource Management Otter Tail County 121 W. Junius Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537 Re: Hearing for Old Town Camp Jack & Pauline Plantin 20669 Old Town Trail Clitherall, MN 56524 Dear Sir: We are writing in response to Mr. Plantin’s request for a conditional use permit at 20669 Old Town Trail on Clitherall Lake. We have no objection to Mr. Plantin’s plans if a home is to be built on that site but we do not want to see a single wide mobile home placed there. The mobile home they placed on the property this summer was not in the best of conditions and we would not want to see them granted a permit to place that home back on the property. We have invested a considerable amount of money in our home and property and feel that a second hand mobile home on that site would cause the value of our property to decrease. There are a number of new homes in this area and we feel that placing a mobile home on this site is not consistent with development in the area. We appreciate being allowed to submit our comments. Sincerely, Mike & Mary Nitti
