Bradbury Beach was recorded on May 11,1972. This lot currently does not meet the size requirements for a back lot which needs to have 300’ of lot width and 80,000 sq. ft. of lot area. Please note that this lot is currently developed with structures, with a well and septic systems. The property is a year around home and has been occupied as that structure for many years. I purchased the property in Jan 2005 upon returning from Iraq and retiring from the military. Thank you for your consideration of this project. Michael Nygaard also appeared with the applicant. She stated she did not want it to affect her parents Resort. We went over the criteria in the Sub Div Ordinance for a Metes & Bounds tract first but I informed her that it would affect the Resort. After discussing this with Bill, I informed her that they should complete a scaled drawing of the Resort (she stated she a Survey Map) showing what is currently there (units, septic systems etc) and show the proposed split. Once this is completed, call and set up and appointment with Bill so he can calculate the change in the Resort. It could decrease the number of units allowed. If this is would be the case, the daughter did not want to proceed with the split.Date L&R Official u/cs/nAction/Comments.
