Motion
James and Barbara Ebert - Approved
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Everts to deny the variance as requested noting that
when a new structure is being placed on a lot it should be brought into compliance as much as possible. After
additional discussion and consideration this motion was withdrawn and the following motion was offered by
John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to permit the replacement of an existing 8’
by 30’ travel trailer with an 8’ by 39’ travel trailer provided the existing 8’ by 10’ shed is removed from the lot
and no further construction occurs on the lot. It was noted that the existing screen porch would remain on the
lot.
