The matter of a 1984 approval for Hugh Smith (Jerry Leaf) in
Sections 16 & 17 was brought before the Board by Wm. Kalar of Land

new permit with the correction to show the decision as made by the
board at 130' from the water, not 100' as requested.
The matter of the approval for Edward Holger on October 5, 1989, re
quired a clarification. Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded
by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to approve a 20' x 22'
