Otter Tail Lake, (56-242), GD, 6.37 Ac., in Government Lot 2, Section 31, Otter Tail Township as is staked (there should not be any run-off into the lake), must remove the old tires etc. before placing the fill into this area, allowing a maximum of 3' of fill; the area where the fill is taken must be taken-out in a manner in which it is not detrimental to the area; this is valid for two (2) years. Michael Schwartz represented the applicant. Approved; Voting; All members in favor. A motion by Olson, second by Estes to approve the Conditional Use Application of Charles Malmstrom. Franklin Lake, (RD), Pt. of Government Lots 1,2 & 3, Section 28 and Pt. of Government Lot 27, Section 27, Dunn Township as presented provided that the existing township road leading up to this plat is updated to have a 24' top and that the road (servicing this plat) extends to the SELY end of Lot 7 (the cul-de-sac may be located as indicated on the preliminary plat).
