Also, it is not clear if people will be crossing or walking along CSAH 5 on foot to get to the main portion of the property on the west side of the highway. We have a safety concern for the campers if they are crossing or walking along CSAH 5 at this location due to the narrow road shoulders and curves. We have no issue with the proposed location of the camping area. 2. There is not an existing approach off from CSAH 5 into this area. If an approach will be desired, the property owner will need to submit an Approach Application to the Otter Tail County Highway Department for review and approval. 3. Also, it is not clear if people will be crossing or walking along CSAH 5 on foot to get to the main portion of the property on the west side of the highway. We have a safety concern for the campers if they are crossing or walking along CSAH 5 at this location due to the narrow road shoulders and curves.
