This would have been and still is considered a change in "type" of dwelling units onsite which means that a new Conditional Use Permit (CUP) is required. It does not appear that the owners have applied for a CUP, therefore it is unknown as to whether or not their request would be approved by the County Board. They are wanting to remove an inhabitable mobile home from one of their sites and use that site for a seasonal camping unit. I would like to see this run down unit removed from the premises but the owners informed me that Land and Resource would not allow a conversion of this site to a seasonal camper site. Do you have any knowledge of this situation or a history on it??
