Here is a follow-up to the meeting this morning regarding CIC'ing the parcel 32000080066004 for Spanky's to use as
housing for employees, or sale of individual units:
1. Currently approved for 5 dwelling units + 4 RCU's.
2. It is not clear that this property was ever a Commercial PUD, and the property tax statement shows the property
as "apartment"
3. Planning Commission approval will not be required.
4. If the 11 criteria from Mn Statute 515b are met, platting per Mn Statute 505 will not be required.
Once done, please include us in what is recorded so we can update the file and close the file.
