I received a variance to build an 8-foot addition above our existing shop at Loghaven Resort in Pelican Rapids MN . Three years ago we received permission to build an 8-foot addition above, the existing store which is attached to the garage. .At this time. 1 am asking for a written notification from your office to the shore-land management indicating it is alright to build this second story addition above our existing shop. Due to the fact our building is 40 feet from the center line of County Road #4. the variance coiiunittee needed your perm iss ion. Loghaven Resort is located between Crystal and Lida lakes on County Road -:'/4 in the Lida Townsliip. We are 8 miles east of Pelican Rapids. Our phone number is (218) 863-8123. CHARLES HAYES WITHDRAWN Paul Pfeifle, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to replace roof on severely damaged garage due to fire, building an 8 foot shell over garage for storage, at Log Haven Resort on Lake Lida in Section 14, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made by Roger Marty to approve, building no closer to lake or highway than existing structure, total overall height not to exceed 30 feet, sub­ ject to written approval frcm the County Highway Department. The motion was seconded hy Marcus Wiechitiarm and carried \;pon the following vote: PAUL PFEIFLE APPROVED Yes - All voting in favor South Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rothsay, MN, requested permission to split the church property into parcel with church location and parcel for canetery, in Section 9, Trondhjem Tcwnship.
