7:30 P.M. in the Government Services Building, 505 S. Court Street, Fergus Falls,
Minnesota 56537.
Members present were;Beck, Portmann, Trites, Estes, Lachowitzer, Ryan, Jacobson,
Martin, Lee and Petterson.
Passed:A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Martin to approve the minutes of
the March 4, 1981 meeting as mailed.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Ryan, second by Jacdson to approve the special use
application of Robert Wiltsey, dated February 15, 1981 on Little
Pelican Lake, No. 56-761, RD, Sec. 2 of Dunn Twp. as presented.
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Beck, second by Lachowitzer to approve the special use
application of J. Daniel Flynn, dated February 20, 1981 on Pelican
Lake, No. 56-786, CD, Sec. 11 of Scambler Twp. if applicant elevates
basement floor 2 feet and puts fill around basement - will need a
variance for house location approved by Board of Adjustment (to be
referred to Board of Adjustment on April 2, 1981)
