April 6TH. 1992
The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Monday, April 6th, 1992 with the following
persons In attendance:

CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to orcter at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman George Walter. ,3t.
The following variance requests were heard;]
RANDALL E. JOHNSON -APPROVED t
Randall E. Johnson, Fargo, ND, requested a H' 8" variance from the required 20’ road right-of-
way setback end a r variance from the required 10' side lot line setback, The property is
described as Lot I of Bowery Beach, Pelican Lake In Dunn Township. The audience was polled
with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil
Femling, seconded by Dan Oehler and un^mpusly carried, to grant a I d'8" variance from the
required 20- road rlght-^of way setback and a-L‘-variance from the required 10' side lot line
setback as requested.

LEONARD AND PHYLLIS BROOKS - APPROVED
Leonard and Phyllis Brooks, Eden Prairie, MN, requested a variance to split by metes and
bounds description Lot 2, Block 2 of Blain Heights into 3 lots, which would be permanently
attached to Lots d, 5 and 6 of Block 1 of Blain Heights. Reducing the present four lots down to
three. The property Is In Otter Tall Township on Otter Tall Lake. The applicant was represented
by Erwin Kremer. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request.
After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and
unanimously carried, to allow the splitting of Lot 2, Blxk 2 of Blain Heights Into three lots,
which would be described by metes and bounds description, with the condition that the road
Identified as Baler Lane be vacated. This will be an improvement to the existing condition.
