MN 56572 Dear Mr. Mr. & Mrs. Johnson; This is to inform you that at the February 3, 1988 meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission a motion was passed to approve your conditional use application to remove 3-2 bedroom cabins and the ice house, replacing them with 6 seasonal trailer homes to be located where the cabins are currently located, also may add 4 camping permits (2 of these additional sites must be located on the north side of the driveway and the other 2 may be located as shown on the drawing) - allowing a total of 10 additional sites; this project is to include the entirety of the lake frontage in G.L. 6 and a total of 31.55 acres; this approval is subject to the granting of a variance from the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment on the lake frontage requirement. Reasons for approval include that it is a benefit to have the cabins removed and that there is consistency in the general provisions of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
