Land S Resource Director Bill Kalar provided Board members with a handout which is the
proposed sanitation code of Otter Tail County for the Board's information.
Lease Agreement - Tax Forfeited Land
Motion by Portmann, seconded Lee and unanimously carried to authorize the Chairman of
the County Board to sign the lease agreement with John R. Weller for tax forfeited
property located in Section 36 of Homestead Township. (NW1/4SE1/4). The lease payment
for 1992 will be $40.

All of the above are priorty changes according to importance

Each unit
At the present time there are six cabin sites and four
camper sites in use and the above changes would not increase
units as increase in cabin site would replace camper site.
Example: If nine cabin sites were established, this would
allow one camper site.
